Please set aside an hour for our conversation in a place where you will be most comfortable & unlikely to be disturbed. Life coaching is an active process, & most individuals find it helpful to take notes, so you might want to have a pen and paper.

You’ll also discover the benefits of having a guide, model, & means to help you question outdated perspectives, identify blind spots, face your fears, & overcome obstacles.
If we’re a good fit, we’ll then begin identifying, clarifying, & making a plan to know who you are, what gives your life meaning & purpose, how to improve your relationships, and how to improve your performance.
